【素食第7道】親子烹飪素食蔬食「三杯杏鮑菇」│Almond Mushrooms with Basil

材料:
杏鮑菇、九層塔、辣椒、薑絲

調味料:
醬油、素沙茶、香菇粉、太白粉水、香油

作法:
1. 杏鮑菇洗淨切片,放入燒熱的炸油裡,用中火炸至表面
金黃即可取出,滴乾油待用。

2. 辣椒洗淨切片,與薑絲一同用燒熱的1大匙油爆香,再放入炸好的菇片拌炒一下,接著加入醬油、素沙茶醬及香菇粉調味,然後放入洗淨的九層塔拌炒均勻,最後用太白粉水勾芡,起鍋前滴入香油即成。

调味料:
酱油、素沙茶、香菇粉、太白粉水、香油

作法:
1. 杏鲍菇洗净切片,放入烧热的炸油里,用中火炸至表面
金黄即可取出,滴干油待用。

2. 辣椒洗净切片,与姜丝一同用烧热的1大匙油爆香,再放入炸好的菇片拌炒一下,接着加入酱油、素沙茶酱及香菇粉调味,然后放入洗净的九层塔拌炒均匀,最后用太白粉水勾芡,起锅前滴入香油即成。

Ingredients:
almond mushrooms, basil, fresh chili pepper, shredded ginger as needed.

Seasonings:
soy sauce, vegetarian barbecue sauce, shiitake mushroom powder as needed, cornstarch solution, light sesame oil as needed.

Methods:
1. Rinse almond mushrooms well and cut into slices. Deep-fry in smoking oil over medium heat until golden on surface. Drain well.

2. Rinse chili pepper and cut into sections. Stir-fry with the sgredded ginger in wok with oil added until fragrant. Return the deep-fried mushrooms. Mix well, season with soy sauce, vegetarian barbecue sauce and shiitake mushrooms powder to taste. Added rinsed basil to mix and combine evenly. Thicken with cornstarch solution and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve.
